Kangsadaan welcomes people from all over the world to its cooking school to find out about Thai food and its creation. Set in tranquil surroundings in the Surin region of Thailand, the classes are hosted in a contemporary thatched roof hut bordered by a lush tropical garden coupled with herb & spice garden. At our cooking classes, we want to give you a chance to dive into your own cooking station to learn and get in touch with the real Thai Cuisine with our Thai Chefs. Along with cooking classes, you will also have an opportunity to listen to the local speak about the background of each dishes and the magic of Thai Aharn (food). Our school is equipped with eight individual cooking stations with all the necessary equipment. Our ingredients are fresh from the local market and from our herb & spice garden to ensure the best quality and originality of Thai cuisine. We will provide you with an easy to follow recipe and recommendations and suggestions to substitute some ingredients that may not be available in your home country without compromising on the authenticity. Our mission is for you to be able to enjoy Thai cuisine at the comfort of your own home with your friends and family.
