The class will travel through all the regions of
Thailand with their different produce, cooking
methods, recipes and even some history of how
some civilizations came to be. All courses are
held in English. Please see below for details;  hours lesson.
Classes start from 10.30 hrs. to 14.00 hrs daily.
Afternoon class can be arranged to your convenience.
