Kangsadaan welcomes people from all over the world to its
cooking school to find out about Thai food and its creation.
The lessons are hosted in a house in the Chalong area. It is an experience that gives you an opportunity to listen to locals
speak about the background and the magic of Thai Aharn (food).
As well as a chance to dive into your own cooking station and give
Thai cookery a try. Typically five traditional dishes are
demonstrated.Guests then produce these dishes which are then
obviously tasted and hopefully enjoyed. The school is equipped
with eight individual cooking stations and all the necessary
equipment that a real Thai Chef would need for the creation
of an authentic feast, the only ingredient missing is you! |
